धनबाद में जज की मौत के मामले में आज रांची हाईकोर्ट ने स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए सुनवाई की है. इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए अदालत ने झारखंड के डीजीपी और धनबाद के एसएसपी से जवाब तलब किया है. झारखंड हाई कोर्ट में गुरुवार को धनबाद के जज उत्तम आनंद की मौत के मामले में सुनवाई हुई. इस मामले में चीफ जस्टिस की बेंच ने डीजीपी से कहा कि अगर पुलिस जांच करने में विफल रहती है तो यह मामला सीबीआई को जा सकता है. डीजीपी ने खंडपीठ को आश्वस्त किया है कि एसआईटी गठन किया गया है और दोषियों तक पुलिस पहुंचेगी और उसे सजा दिलाएगी. वहीं सुनवाई के दौरान सीबीआई के अधिवक्ता ने कहा है कि यह मामला सीबीआई को दिया जा सकता है. चीफ जस्टिस डॉ रवि रंजन कहा कि पहले एक मौका धनबाद पुलिस को दे रहे हैं. अगर विफल रही तो यह केस सीबीआई को सौंपा जा सकता है. देखें ये एपिसोड.
