आज पूरी दुनिया क्रिसमस मना रही है, लेकिन कोरोना काल से पहले वाला जश्न इस बार भी नहीं मनाया जा रहा है. कोरोना के बढ़ते केस के चलते वो रौनक नहीं देखी गई. साल 2021 जाते-जाते ओमिक्रॉन के खतरों का सामना कर रहा है, दुनिया हाईअलर्ट मोड पर है. भारत में भी केस 415 से ज्यादा आ चुके हैं और संक्रमण की रफ्तार भी काफी तेज है, ऐसे में क्रिसमस और न्यू ईयर को लेकर कई सावधानियां बरती जा रही हैं. महाराष्ट्र में बिगड़ते हालात के बीच क्रिसमस और न्यू ईयर सेलिब्रेशन जैसे समेत तमाम बड़े आयोजनों पर पहरा बिठा दिया गया है. राज्य में रात 9 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक नाइट कर्फ्यू लगा दिया है. एक जगह 5 से ज्यादा लोग इकट्ठा नहीं हो सकते हैं, वहीं सिनेमा, थिएटर में 50 फीसदी दर्शक रह सकेंगे. साथ ही कई और राज्यों में भी नाइट कर्फ्यू लगा दिया है. देखें ये एपिसोड.

In the wake of a spike in the covid new variant Omicron, the State Governments have issued detailed strict covid guidelines on Friday to avoid the crowd during Christmas and New Year celebrations. The state is reporting a steep hike in COVID-19 cases amid fresh concerns raised by the Omicron variant of the coronavirus. Raising concern over the issue, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey held a meeting with the COVID-19 task force.
