As Taliban continues onslaught in Afghanistan. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has read the riot act on terrorism at the United Nations security council. Addressing the UNSC meeting, Jaishankar took a veiled jibe at China saying that countries should not have double standards on terrorism.
