जम्मू कश्मीर में ठंड ने सारी हदें पार कर दी हैं. प्रदेश में ठंड इस कदर कहर मचा रही है कि पाइप में पानी तक जम जा रहा है. प्रदेश के ग्रामीण इलाकों में रहने वाले लोग इस ठंड के सबसे ज्यादा शिकार बन रहे हैं. यहां रहने वाले लोगों के लिए दिसंबर का मौसम किसी सजा से कम नहीं होता. कश्मीर की कुछ तस्वीरें जिसमें ठंड के हालात साफ देखे जा सकते हैं.
