अफगानिस्तान में तालिबानी राज की पहली तस्वीर सामने आयी है, ये तस्वीर बताती है कि तालिबानी राज में आगे क्या-क्या होने जा रहा है. आज से तालिबान ने अफगानिस्तान में महिलाओं के लिए नये फरमान जारी कर दिये हैं और ये तस्वीर इसी फरमान की पहली तस्वीर है, जिसमें एक क्लास के अंदर लड़के-लड़कियां पढ़ रही हैं, और उनके बीच में पर्दा लगाया गया है ताकि वो एक दूसरे को ना देख सकें. यकीन मानिए ये तस्वीर पिक्चर ऑफ द तालिबान बन गई है. टीचर ठीक बीच में खड़ा होकर पढ़ा रहा है और टीचर के खड़े होने का एंगल भी ऐसा है कि वो छात्रों की तरफ़ ही देख कर पढ़ाए. छात्राओं की तरफ़ नहीं. तालिबान ने साफ कर दिया है कि उसका राज आने वाले दिनों में कैसे चलेगा. देखें ये वीडियो.
The Taliban has ordered a strict rule for women in Afghanistan. Taliban has instructed that classes must be segregated by sex or at least divided by a curtain. Women attending private Afghan universities must wear an abaya robe and niqab covering most of the face. In a lengthy document issued by the Taliban's education authority, they also ordered that female students should only be taught by other women, but if that was not possible then old men of good character could fill in. The decree applies to private colleges and universities, which have mushroomed since the Taliban's first rule ended in 2001. Watch this video.
