Anurag Kashyap केस के खिलाफ रेप की FIR, देखें लगीं कितनी गंभीर धाराएं

अनुराग कश्यप की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं. पाय़ल घोष ने मुंबई के वरसोवा थाने में अनुराग के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करा दिया है. पुलिस ने अनुराग के खिलाफ बलात्कार का मामला दर्ज किया है. अब मुंबई पुलिस के एक्शन का इंतजार है. वरसोवा थाने में अनुराग के खिलाफ IPC की कई धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया गया है. पायल एक दिन पहले यानी सोमवार की शाम ओशिवारा थाने पहुंची थी लेकिन महिला पुलिस अधिकारी के मौजूद ना होने की वजह से शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की जा सकी थी. हालांकि ये मामला 6 साल पुराना है.

Payal Ghosh, who levelled sexual harassment charges against Anurag Kashyap, has filed a written complaint against the filmmaker at Versova police station. Her lawyer has released a statement which read, A written complaint has been lodged for the offence Rape, wrongful restrain, wrongful confinement and outraging the modesty of woman U/S 376, 354, 341, 342 of IPC and now the statement is being recorded of the victim.
