PCR: चालान से बचने के लिए अजब-गजब नुस्खे अपना रहे लोग

एक तरफ जहां चालान की वजह से हादसे पेश आ रहे हैं. वहीं दूसरी तरफ चालान से बचने के लिए लोग अजब-गजब नुस्खे अपना रहे हैं. चालान का ख़ौफ़ ऐसा है कि कल तक जो रोड पर ट्रैफिक तोड़ना अपनी शान समझते थे, वे आरसी, लाइसेंस, रेड लाइट और पॉल्यूशन की बात करने लगे हैं. कहने की ज़रूरत नहीं है कि ये चालान एक बड़ी आबादी की आदतों को ज़रूर सुधार कर ही छोड़ेगा.
