CID: उत्तम नगर में हुई सरेआम फायरिंग

दिल्ली के उत्तम नगर में सरेआम फायरिंग करता हुआ एक नाबालिग का वीडियो सामने आया है.  इसमें देखा जा सकता है कि किस तरह से नाबालिग आरोपी अपने दुश्मन को डराने के लिए उसके घर के बाहर खड़े होकर धमकियां दे रहा है. उसके कुछ देर बाद वो फायरिंग शुरू कर देता है. ये वीडियो एक जून का है. सोशल मीडिया पर जैसे ही ये वीडियो वायरल हुआ तो पुलिस ने वीडियो के आधार पर मामला दर्ज करते हुए नाबालिग लड़के को हिरासत में ले लिया. सरेआम फायरिंग का ये वीडियो दिल्ली के कानून व्यवस्था पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा करती है.

A video of a minor doing open fire is surfacing over the social media. In the video, a minor is standing outside the house of his enemy. The minor is holding a gun in his hand and is threatening his enemy. When after several threats, his enemy did not come out of the house, the minor open fired. Now, on the basis of the video, the police have filed a complaint against the minor. The police have taken the minor in the custody. This incident has raised several questions on the maintenance of law and order in Delhi.
