दिल्ली में अपने हक को लेकर आवाज उठाई जा रही है. ये आवाज दो संवैधानिक संस्थाएं उठा रही हैं. एक है विधानसभा दूसरी है एमसीडी. विधानसभा पूर्ण राज्य की मांग कर रही है, तो एमसीडी अपने लिए बकाया फंड की मांग कर रही है. दोनों की ही मांग अपनी जगह जायज है, लेकिन दोनों के तरीके और टाइमिंग को लेकर कुछ सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं.
