भारी जुर्माने से लोगों में खलबली, प्रदूषण जांच केंद्रों पर भारी भीड़

1 सितंबर से दिल्ली में नया मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट लागू हो चुका है और उल्लंघन करने वालों पर ट्रैफिक पुलिस भारी जुर्माना लगा रही है और यही वजह है कि छुट्टी के दिन यानी रविवार को भी प्रदूषण जांच केंद्रों पर पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए घंटों लाइन में लगे. आमतौर पर प्रदूषण जांच केदों पर प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट 8 से 10 मिनट में बन जाता है, लेकिन आजकल उसी सर्टिफिकेट को हासिल करने में 15 से 20 मिनट का वक्त लग रहा है और उसके ऊपर से सर्वर का डाउन होना लोगों के इंतजार को बढ़ा रहा है. वीडियो देखें.
