ममता बनर्जी ने बंगाल चुनावों के लिए टीएमसी के 291 उम्मीदवारों का ऐलान किया और अपने लिए चुना नंदीग्राम, जहां से बंगाल सीएम का सियासी सफर शुरू हुआ था. पश्चिम बंगाल की महाभारत का कुरूक्षेत्र अब नंदीग्राम बन चुका है, जहां से तय होगा कि बंगाल का मुख्यमंत्री कौन बनेगा. 10 तारीख को ममता नंदीग्राम से पर्चा दाखिल करेंगी, उसके बाद 11 तारीख को महाशिवरात्रि के दिन ममता बनर्जी नंदीग्राम के मंच से हुंकार भरेंगी.
