टॉयलेट में बेटी को कराया था ब्रेस्टफीड, नेहा धूपिया ने किया खुलासा

इन दिनों कई सेलिब्रिटीज पब्ल‍िक प्लेस में ब्रेस्टफीड को प्रमोट करते नजर आ रहे हैं. हाल ही में बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस नेहा धूपिया ने अपने साथ हुए एक ऐसे वाकये का खुलासा किया है जिसमें उन्होंने टॉयलेट में बैठकर अपनी बेटी को ब्रेस्टफीड करने का जिक्र किया.

इंडियन एक्सप्रेस को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में नेहा ने बताया, "मैंने एयरप्लेन के टॉयलेट, पेड़ के पीछे, कार के अंदर, क्लोजअप के लिए चेहरे के सामने कैमरा के साथ अपनी बेटी मेहर को ब्रेस्टफीड कराया है. लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि हमें अपने बच्चों को ब्रेस्टफीड कराने के लिए बेहतर जगह चाहिए. मैं क्यों अपने बच्चे को टॉयलेट के अंदर खाना दूं."

उन्होंने आगे कहा, "ब्रेस्टफीडिंग बच्चों को हेल्दी रखने का सबसे सेहतमंद जरिया है लेकिन लोगों को किसी के लिए जजमेंटल नहीं होना क्योंकि हर महिला या कहें मां के लिए परिस्थ‍ितियां अलग-अलग हो सकती है."

ब्रेस्टफीड के इस कैंपेन से जुड़ी हैं नेहा-

नेहा धूपिया ने हाल ही में #freedomtofeed कैंपेन की शुरुआत की है. इस कैंपेन के जरिए वे पहली बार मां बनने वाली महिलाओं को, बच्चों को खिलाने-पिलाने के सही तरीकों के प्रति जागरुक कर रही हैं. उनके इस कैंपेन को लोगों का अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स भी मिल रहा है.

नेहा ने पिछले साल नवंबर 2018 में अपनी बेटी मेहर को जन्म दिया था. अब कुछ ही दिनों में मेहर एक साल की हो जाएगी. पिछले दिनों नेहा और उनके पति एक्टर अंगद बेदी की वेकेशन तस्वीरें काफी वायरल हुई थीं. दोनों ने आस्ट्रिया में अच्छा समय बिताया. नेहा ने सोशल मीडिया पर इस हॉलीडे की तस्वीरें भी साझा की थी.
