भारतीय नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल आर. हरि कुमार ने कहा कि तीनों सेनाओं के रैंक्स एक जैसे होने चाहिए. इसके लिए पुराने नियमों को बदलने की जरुरत है. साथ ही कहा कि साल 2047 तक भारतीय नौसेना पूरा तरह से आत्मनिर्भर हो जाएगी. हम किसी भी दुश्मन को कभी भी करारा जवाब दे सकते हैं. देखें वीडियो.
