बिहार में एक दारोगा पर बरसा भीड़ का गुस्सा. समस्तीपुर में एक दारोगा को दौड़ा-दौड़ा कर पीटने का वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है. दरअसल हुआ यूं कि समस्तीपुर में मथुरापुर ओपी के बाजार समिति के पास जाम लगा हुआ था. इस जाम को हटाने के दौरान दारोगा उमाकांत राय ने एक ई रिक्शा चालक पर लाठी चला दी जिससे उसका सर फट गया और वो लहूलुहान हो गया.
