राजधानी दिल्ली में रियायत की तीसरी किश्त की शुरूआत हो गई है. बाजारों को पूरी तरह से खोला जा रहा है. मॉल को भी खोलने अनुमति मिली है. ऑड-ईवन के नियम को खत्म कर दिया गया है. हालांकि, दुकान-मॉल सुबह 10 बजे से रात 8 बजे तक ही खोले जाएंगे. साप्तहाकि बाजार भी खोले जा रहे हैं. रेस्त्रां में भी 50 फीसदी ग्राहकों के साथ बैठाने की अनुमति दी गई है. देखें वीडियो.
