नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि जो मुख्यमंत्री बन पाए वो इसलिए दुखी हैं कि कब रहेंगे, कब जाएंगे, इसका भरोसा नहीं. इस बयान को गुजरात से जोड़कर लोग देखने लगे. गुजरात में मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा देने वाले विजय रूपाणी की बेटी राधिका रूपाणी ने एक फेसबुक पोस्ट लिखी और कहा मेरे पापा ने हमेशा पर्सनल काम से ज्यादा प्रदेश के काम को तवज्जो दी. गुजराती में लिखी पोस्ट में बेटी राधिका ने कहा है कि पापा विजय रूपाणी बचपन में कहीं हम लोगों को घुमाने भी ले जाते थे तो वो किसी कार्यकर्ता का घर होता था. बेटी ने सवाल करते हुए पूछा है कि क्या संवेदनशीलता और शालीनता नहीं रखनी चाहिए? सीएम पद से हटे पिता के लिए बेटी की इस पोस्ट के बाद विजय रूपाणी ने अपना पहला इंटरव्यू आजतक को दिया. व‍िजय रूपाणी ने बताया कि क्यों उन्हें गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा देने की जरूरत पड़ी. देखें ये वीडियो.
