Maharashtra Politics: शिवसेना विवाद केस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला, मेरिट के आधार पर होगी सुनवाई

महाराष्ट्र में उद्धव बनाम शिंदे गुट के विवाद में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मौजूदा बेंच ही सुनवाई करेगी। सुनवाई 21 फरवरी से शुरू होगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि मेरिट के आधार पर 21 फरवरी से सुनवाई होगी। सर्वोच्च अदालत ने कहा कि फिलहाल केस बड़ी बेंच को ट्रांसफर करने की जरुरत नहीं है. देखें ये वीडियो.
