दिल्ली HC ने कहा- Uniform Civil Code लागू करने का सही समय, उठे विरोध के स्वर

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट (Delhi High Court) ने देश में समान नागरिक संहिता (Uniform Civil Code) की जरूरत पर जोर दिया. तलाक के एक मामले में फैसला देते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा कि देश में यूनिफार्म सिविल कोड की जरूरत है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि देश धर्म, जाति, कम्युनिटी से ऊपर उठ चुका है. जस्टिस प्रतिभा एम सिंह ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि आज का हिंदुस्तान धर्म, जाति, कम्युनिटी से ऊपर उठ चुका है. आधुनिक भारत में धर्म, जाति की बाधाएं तेजी से टूट रही हैं. तेजी से हो रहे इस बदलाव की वजह से अंतरधार्मिक और अंतरजातीय विवाह या फिर विच्छेद यानी डाइवोर्स में दिक्कत भी आ रही है. देखें ये रिपोर्ट.
