बच्चों को शिकार बना रही Covid की Second Wave, देखें क्या बोले Dr Trehan

देश में बीते साल कोरोना की जब पहली लहर आई थी तो सबसे ज्यादा खतरा बुजुर्गों और पहले से गंभीर बीमारी से ग्रस्त लोगों को बताया जा रहा था. ऐसे में साल 2021, 18 फरवरी तक कुल एक लाख 56 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की जान गई और 16 अप्रैल को मौत का आंकड़ा 1 लाख 74 हजार तक पहुंच गया. यानि 57 दिन में 18 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो गयी. अब आने वाले आंकड़े काफी परेशान करने वाले हैं, वहीं कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में खतरा दोगुना हो गया है. मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक दो महीने से कम वक्त में 80 हजार बच्चे कोरोना से संक्रमित हुए हैं. इसका मतलब अब बच्चों को वायरस का खतरा पहले से कहीं ज्यादा है. देखें

As India faces a second wave of coronavirus, children have now begun showing mild to moderate symptoms of Covid-19. Earlier, children, below 18 years of age, who tested positive for the infection largely remained asymptomatic.
