Mann Ki Baat: PM Modi बोले- हॉकी में ओलंपिक मेडल से मेजर ध्यान चंद हुए होंगे प्रसन्न

रविवार 29 अगस्त को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने रेडियो प्रोग्राम मन की बात के 80वां संस्करण के जरिए देशवासियों को संबोधित किया. इस दौरान पीएम ने मेजर ध्यान चंद को याद किया. पीएम ने कहा- ध्यान चंद के जन्म जयंती पर देश उनके स्मृति में इसे राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के रूप में मनाता है. मेजर ध्यान चंद की आत्मा जहां कहीं भी होगी बहुत हीं प्रसन्नता का अनुभव कर रही होगी. क्योंकि दुनिया में भारत की हॉकी का डंका बजाने का काम ध्यानचंद की हॉकी ने किया था. और चार दशक के बाद भारत के नौजवानों ने हॉकी के अंदर एक बार फिर से जान भर दी. और ओलंपिक में पदक जीता. देखें वीडियो.
