पानीपत के मेजर आशीष धौंचक को भी अंतिम प्रणाम किया है. जो घने जंगलों में आतंकियों से मुठभेड़ के दौरान गोली लगने के बाद भी आतंकियों का मुकाबला करना चाहते थे. इसी महीने की तेईस तारीख को मेजर आशीष अपने जन्मदिन पर घर आने वाले थे. नए घर में अपने पूरे परिवार को लेकर जाने वाले थे. उससे पहले तिरंगे में लिपटकर पहुंचे.
