Pegasus जासूसी केस: Supreme Court का सवाल- आरोप लगाने वालों ने केस क्यों नहीं कराया दर्ज?

पेगासस जासूसी केस पर सड़क से लेकर संसद तक विपक्ष सरकार पर हमलावर है. गुरुवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी इस मामले पर सुनवाई हुई. चीफ जस्टिस ने सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता से सवाल किया कि इस मामले में आईटी एक्ट के तहत शिकायत दर्ज क्यों नहीं करवाई गई है? सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सवाल किया कि अगर आपको लगता है कि आपका फोन हैक हुआ है, तो फिर एफआईआर दर्ज क्यों नहीं करवाई? चीफ जस्टिस ने सभी याचिकाकर्ताओं से कहा है कि वह अपनी याचिका की कॉपी सरकार को भी भेजें. अब इस मामले में अगले हफ्ते सुनवाई होगी. देखें ये वीडियो.
