रिया चक्रवर्ती की र‍िमांड नहीं मांगेगी NCB, ज्यूड‍िश‍ियल कस्टडी में भेजने की तैयारी

NCB ने 3 द‍िन की पूछताछ के बाद बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस रिया चक्रवर्ती को मंगलवार को अपनी गिरफ्त में ले ल‍िया. रिया पर ड्रग्स लेने समेत कई गंभीर आरोप हैं. रिया को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद अब उनका मेडिकल टेस्ट और कोरोना टेस्ट कराया जा रहा है. Rhea Chakraborty will be produced before the court via video conference at 7:30 pm today. The actress has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau under sections 8 (c), 20 (b), 27 (a), 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act after being called in for questioning for the third time today. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is not seeking remand for Rhea Chakraborty, as was believed earlier. This means the NCB will not file a plea today at 7.30 pm when Rhea is presented before the court.
