केंद्रीय अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्री मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने आज तक के खास कार्यक्रम, सीधी बात में शिरकत की. इस दौरान उन्होंने अल्पसंख्यकों के मुद्दों और विकास समेत कई अनेक अहम मुद्दों पर वरिष्ठ पत्रकार प्रभु चावला से बातचीत की. अल्पसंख्यकों का मोदी सरकार पर अबततक क्यों नहीं व‍िश्वास बढ़ पाया? इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने कहा कि विकास का मसौदा वोट का सौदा है कि नहीं. उन्होंने कहा कि हम अल्पसंख्यकों के विकास के लिए काम कर रहे हैं, तृष्टिकरण के लिए नहीं. इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि इस समय 10 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के लोग केंद्रीय नौकरियों में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं. देखें वीडियो.
