SC On Article 370: जम्मू-कश्मीर पर आया 'सुप्रीम' फैसला, केंद्र के कदम पर सवाल करना उचित नहीं

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज धारा अनुच्छेद 370 को लेकर सुनवाई हुई. 5 जजों की बेंच ने इस केस पर अपने फैसला सुनाया. बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार ने जम्मू कश्मीर से अगस्त 2019 में अनुच्छेद 370 को हटा दिया था. सीजेआई ने अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि केंद्र के फैसले पर अब सवाल करना उचित नहीं है. देखें

A hearing was held in the Supreme Court today regarding Article 370. A bench of 5 judges gave its verdict on this case. While giving his decision, the CJI said that it is not appropriate to question the Centre's decision now.
