गोडसे को निर्दोष करार दिया जाएगा अगर.., फैसला देने वाले जजों में से एक ने क्यों कही थी ये बात?

जीडी खोसला गोडसे के ख़िलाफ़ फैसला देने वाले तीन जजों में से एक थे. उन्होंने एक पुस्तक लिखी थी, जिसका नाम था The Murder of the Mahatma. इसमें उन्होंने बताया कि जिस गोडसे ने अपना पक्ष अदालत में रखा, उस दिन वहां मौजूद लोगों की आंखों मे आंसू थे और अगर अदालत में उपस्थित दर्शकों को ज्यूरी का दर्जा दिया जाता तो नाथूराम गोडसे निर्दोष करार दिए जाते. देखें पूरी रिपोर्ट.

GD Khosla was one of the three judges who gave the verdict against Godse. He wrote a book called The Murder of the Mahatma. In this, he told that on the day when Godse presented his side in the court, there were tears in the eyes of the people present there and if the audience present in the court were given the status of jury, Nathuram Godse would have been declared innocent.
