Yasin Malik Gets Life Imprisonment: यास‍ीन मल‍िक के गुनाहों पर आया फैसला, म‍िली उम्र कैद की सजा

प्रतिबंधित संगठन जम्मू कश्मीर लिबरेशन फ्रंट के चीफ यासीन मलिक को टेरर फंडिंग के 2 मामलों में उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई गई है. मलिक पर 10 लाख रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है. कुछ देर पहले ही यासीन मलिक को हवालात से कोर्टरूम लाया गया था. जज को पहुंचने में देर होने पर उसे बैठने के लिए कुर्सी दी गई. कुछ देर बात जज आ गए और फैसला सुना दिया.यासीन मलिक को टेरर फंडिंग केस में उम्रकैद की सजा मिली है और साथ ही 10 लाख का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है. अब पूरी जिंदगी जेल में काटेगा यासीन मलिक. देखें ये वीडियो.

A Delhi court sentenced Kashmiri separatist Yasin Malik to life imprisonment in a terror funding case on Wednesday.Malik was sentenced to life imprisonment under Sections 121 (waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India), Section 121-A (conspiracy to commit offenses punishable by section 121), Section 121-B of the Indian Penal Code.
