Kapil Sibal

Kapil Sibal is one of the most prominent ministers in the UPA government. A lawyer by profession, Sibal is currently the Minister of Communications and Information Technology. Prior to this he was Minister of Human Resource development. He also represented country on various international platforms. Kapil Sibal is the man behind implementing the new Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation system in India. This move is intended to improvise the quality and standard of education. An articulate speaker his views on the loss in 2G spectrum as “zero loss” are well known.
