दादी का शाल देख बोलीं मरियम नवाज शरीफ, शुक्रिया प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी

नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने कामकाज के पहले दिन ही भारत-पाकिस्‍तान के रिश्‍ते को सुधारने के लिए पहल की. यही वजह थी कि न केवल उन्‍होंने पाकिस्‍तान के प्रधानमंत्री नवाज शरीफ को भारत आने का न्‍योता दिया, बल्कि उन्‍हें उनकी मां के लिए एक शॉल भी भेंट की.

नवाज की बेटी मरियम शरीफ ने ट्वीट कर नरेंद्र मोदी का शुक्रिया किया.

मरियम ने बताया कि वह शॉल नवाज शरीफ ने पाकिस्‍तान लौटने के बाद खुद जाकर मां को गिफ्ट किया.

इससे पहले नरेंद्र मोदी ने नवाज शरीफ से हुई मुलाकात के बाद ट्वीट करके कहा था कि उनके और नवाज शरीफ के बीच कई भावुक बातें हुईं.

Nawaz Sharif ji told me that he stays in Islamabad but goes to meet his Mother once in a week.

उन्‍होंने कहा, 'नवाज शरीफ जी ने मुझे बताया कि वह इस्‍लामाबाद में रहते हैं और हर हफ्ते अपनी मां से मिलने जाते हैं.'

उन्‍होंने ट्वीट कर ये भी बताता था, 'नवाज शरीफ ने बताया कि वह और उनकी मां टीवी पर मेरी और मेरी मां की तस्‍वीर देखकर बहुत भावुक हो गए थे. जब मेरी मां टीवी पर मुझे मिठाई खिला रही थीं उस दौरान वह भी अपनी मां के साथ बैठकर खाना खा रहे थे.'
