Sanjiv Goenka

The Vice-Chairman of RPG Enterprises, Sanjiv Goenka looks after the Rs 4000 crore power and retail giant CESC and the group’s entertainment venture Saregama India Ltd. He has built up the group’s retail business into a Rs 1000 crore entity spearheaded by the Spencer’s retail chain. Under his stewardship, CESC has helped remove power cuts from Kolkata, once infamous for its 10-hour daily blackouts. A man with vision, Goenka leads Phillips Carbon Black, the world’s eighth largest carbon black manufacturer group.
