Gyanvapi Case: कोर्ट कमिश्नर को हटाने की मांग क्यों? कुमार अभिषेक ने बताया

वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में आज सर्वे किया गया. वहीं, कल सर्वे के दौरान हंगामा बरपा था, जिसके बाद लोवर कोर्ट के फैसले पर आज सर्वे कराया जा रहा है. मुस्लिम पक्षकारों ने कोर्ट कमिश्नर अजय कुमार मिश्र पर पक्षपात का आरोप लगाया है, कोर्ट कमिश्नर को बदलने की मांग की गई है, कोर्ट में याचिका दी गई है. ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में सर्वे के काम पर कांग्रेस ने आपत्ति जताई है और इसे नियमों का उल्लंघन बताया है, वहीं, ओवैसी ने लोवर कोर्ट के फैसले पर सवाल उठाया है. इस मामले में कोर्ट कमिश्नर को हटाने की मांग भी की जा रही है. आखिर, ये मांग क्यों जा रही है? आजतक के संवाददाता कुमार अभिषेक से जानिए.

In the Gyanvapi Masjid case, the court-appointed survey team included litigants and lawyers from both the Hindu and the Muslim communities, including the court commissioner. A team led by a court commissioner reached Varanasi’s Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Gyanvapi Mosque earlier today to survey and videograph the premises in accordance to a court order. Meanwhile, Muslim parties have accused the court commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra of favoritism, a demand has been made to change the court commissioner, a petition has been given in the court.
