Hathras case: SIT ने UP सरकार को सौंपी रिपोर्ट, आज High Court में सुनवाई

उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस में सितंबर में हुए गैंगरेप कांड पर एसआईटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है. एसआईटी ने राज्य सरकार को अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट दी है, जिसे अब इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान पेश किया जा सकता है. हाईकोर्ट में सोमवार को हाथरस कांड को लेकर सुनवाई होनी है, जहां यूपी सरकार को अपना पक्ष रखना है. अब एसआईटी रिपोर्ट के आधार पर ही स्थानीय डीएम पर एक्शन लिया जा सकता है. देखें ये रिपोर्ट.
