विष्णु तिवारी को इलाहाबाद हाइकोर्ट ने 20 साल बाद बरी कर दिया. 20 साल तक जेल में गुजारने वाले विष्णु के खिलाफ शिकायत को कोर्ट ने न केवल संदेहास्पद माना बल्कि ये भी कहा कि ललितपुर पुलिस विष्णु के खिलाफ़ ऐसा कोई भी सबूत पेश नहीं कर सकी, जिससे उसे गुनहगार माना जा सके. अब सवाल यह है कि विष्णु के 20 साल कौन वापस करेगा. इन 20 सालों में उसने अपने मां- बाप से लेकर भाइयों तक को खो दिया. देखें वीडियो.

The Allahabad High Court has ordered to release of a man, who spent 20 years in prison after it was found that he did not commit the crime some days ago. He had been accused of rape and sentenced to life imprisonment by the trial court. An Uttar Pradesh court had sentenced Vishnu Tiwari to life imprisonment in a rape case in 2000. He was 23 at the time of his conviction. Now he is at the age of 43. During this period he lost his mother-fathers. Also, his 2 brothers died in wait for him. Watch video
