Yogi सरकार कांवड़ यात्रा कराने तैयार, संज्ञान लेते हुए Supreme Court को कहनी पड़ी ये बात

यूपी में कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट को कहना पड़ा है कि जीवन का अधिकार बड़ा है, धार्मिक अधिकार बाद में आते है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के नोटिस पर केंद्र ने साफ कह दिया कि जनता के जीवन की सुरक्षा चाहते हैं. केंद्र ने हलफनामे में कहा कि राज्यों को टैंकर के माध्यम से पवित्र गंगाजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए एक प्रणाली विकसित करनी चाहिए. उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कह दिया कि हम तो पहले ही कांवड़ यात्रा स्थगित कर चुके हैं और तब यूपी सरकार ने हलफनामे में कहा कि प्रतीकात्मक कांवड़ यात्रा जारी रखना चाहते हैं. देखें ये वीडियो.

Raising concerns over the possible third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has asked the Uttar Pradesh government to reconsider its decision to allow symbolic Kanwar Yatra in the state this year. This comes after the Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance of the Uttar Pradesh government's decision to allow the yatra from July 25. The Supreme Court also asked the Uttar Pradesh government to file an additional affidavit by Monday morning stating whether it can reconsider holding a physical yatra or not. Watch this video.
