क्या इकोसेंस्टिव ज़ोन में निर्माण है Chamoli घटना की असली वजह? जानिए

अब पूरी व्यवस्था के सामने दो विकल्प हैं. पहला ये है कि इसे प्राकृतिक आपदा मानकर संतोष कर लिया जाए और दूसरा विकल्प है मानव निर्मित आपदा के एंगल से इसका विश्लेषण किया जाए. इस सैलाब के लिए ग्लोबल वॉर्मिंग और इकोसेंस्टिव ज़ोन में निर्माण दोनों ही ज़िम्मेदार हो सकते हैं. तपोवन में एनटीपीसी बिजली प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर वर्ष 2016 में गंगा शुद्धिकरण मंत्रालय ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ऐतराज जताया था. तब गंगा शुद्धिकरण मंत्रालय की रिपोर्ट को केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्रालय ने खारिज कर दिया था. इसके बाद बांधों और पावर प्रोजेक्ट्स का काम जारी रहा. रविवार को जो सैलाब आया वह इसी का नतीजा बताया जा रहा है. देखें रिपोर्ट.

There are two angles in disaster occurred in Chamoli of Uttarakhand. First angle is that we consider this incident as of natural disaster and second one to analyze it from the angle of man made disaster. Global warming and construction in the ecological zone also can be responsible for this inundation. Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation also objected the NTPC power project in Tapovan in Supreme Court in year 2016.
