उत्तराखंड के चमोली गढ़वाल जिले में ग्लेशियर टूटने से तबाही मच गई है. नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है. पानी तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है. आसपास के इलाकों में पानी फैलने की आशंका है, लिहाजा आसपास के इलाकों को खाली कराया जा रहा है. राहत कार्य को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है. चमोली स्थित तपोवन टनल से लोगों को सुरक्षित बचाने के लिए कोशिशें जारी हैं. देख‍िए एक्सक्लूसिव तस्वीरें.

A portion of the Nanda Devi glacier in the Raini area in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand broke off earlier this morning. Triggering massive avalanche and flash floods in Dhauli Ganga.
