केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को पलटते हुए SC/ST एक्ट में संशोधन कर मूल स्वरूप में बहाल करने पर सवर्णों ने आज भारत बंद बुलाया है. ये भारत बंद कई सवर्ण संगठनों द्वारा बुलाया गया है. सभी को केंद्र सरकार के इस फैसले से आपत्ति है.  देश के अलग-अलग राज्यों में भारत बंद का असर दिखना शुरू हो गया है.
