मुंबई में बारिश से हाहाकार, बिहार और राजस्थान भी हुआ पानी-पानी

बारिश से आधा हिंदुस्तान त्रस्त है. एक और बारिश और मुंबई फिर से डूब गई. सड़कें समंदर बन गईं और समंदर उफान मारने लगा. पूरी मुंबई मानो दरिया में समा गई. हर तरफ पानी ही पानी और इसी पानी में जिंदगी भी तैरती रही. कुदरत ने मुंबई के किसी इलाके से भेदभाव नहीं किया. क्या पॉथ इलाका और क्या झुग्गी-झोपड़ी वाले इलाके, बारिश के कहर से मुंबई का कोई इलाका नहीं बचा. मुंबई ही नहीं गुजरात में भी आसमान से आफत बरसने लगी है. 24 घंटों की बारिश में कई शहर लबालब हो गए. सूरत से लेकर वडोदरा तक पानी-पानी है. बिहार में भी नदियां उफान पर हैं. गांव के गांव डूबे हुए हैं. कई गावों तक पहुंचने का रास्ता भी नहीं बचा है. देखें ये रिपोर्ट.

Incessant rains in parts of northern India including Mumbai, Bihar and Rajasthan have thrown normal life out of gear. It seems the authorities in Mumbai did not learn anything from past incidents to make arrangements to cope up with the situation.
