15 अगस्त से ठीक पहले जम्मू-कश्मीर के नौगाम में आतंकी हमला हुआ है. आतंकियों ने पुलिस पार्टी को निशाना बनाया है. हमले में दो लोग शहीद हो गए हैं. कश्मीर पुलिस ने हमले के पीछे आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद की आशंका जताई है. अब इस मामले पर कश्मीर के आईजी विजय कुमार की प्रतिक्रिया आई है. विजय कुमार ने कहा कि दो आतंकियों ने पीछे से 2 अंधाधुंध फायरिंग कर दी, जिसमें दो सिपाही शहीद हो गए. देखें वीडियो.
