क्योटो की तर्ज पर काशी के विकास के लिए मंगलवार को दिल्ली में हाइप्रोफाइल बैठक होनी है जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, तीन केंद्रीय मंत्रियों के साथ-साथ जापानी डेलिगेशन के सदस्य भी शामिल होंगे.
