निर्भया केस: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दोषी मुकेश की दया याचिका खारिज की

निर्भया गैंगरेप केस के दोषी मुकेश सिंह की याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है. बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि कोई सबूत नहीं है कि प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज राष्ट्रपति के सामने नहीं रखे गए थे. मुकेश ने अपनी दया याचिका खारिज करने के लिए खिलाफ अर्जी दाखिल की थी.

The Supreme Court has dismissed the plea of Nirbhaya case death row convict Mukesh Singh against the rejection of mercy petition by the President, saying all relevant records, the verdict of courts were placed by MHA before Ram Nath Kovind. Dismissing the petition of 2012 Delhi gangrape convict Mukesh Singh, the Supreme Court said there is no merit in the contention. ''Alleged sufferings in jail can not be grounds to challenge the rejection of mercy plea by President,'' the Supreme Court said on Wednesday.
