SC ने मोदी सरकार को बड़ा झटका, राफेल डील पर फिर होगी सुनवाई

राफेल (Rafale) मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) से केंद्र सरकार को बड़ा झटका लगा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट राफेल मामले पर दोबारा सुनवाई के लिए तैयार हो गया है. राफेल मामले पर बुधवार को सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने केंद्र सरकार की दलीलों को खारिज कर दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रक्षा मंत्रालय (Defence ministry) से लीक हुए दस्तावेजों (Documents Stolen)की वैधता को मंजूरी दे दी है. कोर्ट के फैसले के मुताबिक याचिकाकर्ता के दिए दस्तावेज अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के हिस्सा होंगे.  राफेल डील पर केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Modi) सरकार विपक्षी दलों के निशाने पर है. कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) सार्वजनिक मंचों से पीएम मोदी पर राफेल डील को लेकर निशाना साधते रहे हैं.

The Supreme court today said that it will hear the review plea in the Rafeal deal case. This can be a big setback for the BJP government. The Supreme court said that documents attached in the review petition are admissible. Earlier, Centre had pleaded that the documents attached to the review petition of Prashant Bhushan, Arun Shourie, and Yashwant Sinha were unauthorisedly photocopied from defence files.
