West Bengal's fourth Phase election taken a violent turn. Four people were killed in Cooch Behar on Saturday as CISF opened fire outside a polling booth during the fourth phase of assembly elections in the state. State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has claimed that BJP is responsible for this violence, while BJP General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya alleged that Mamata Banerjee has incited people to get violent.
