दिल्ली में कोरोना महामारी भयानक रूप ले चुकी है, हालात सुधरते नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं. राजधानी में 24 घंटे में मौत का नया रिकॉर्ड बन गया है. बीती रात जारी हुए आंकड़ों के मुताबिक एक दिन में कल सबसे ज्यादा 131 लोगों ने जान गंवाई. वहीं 24 घंटे में 7486 नए मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं. इसके साथ ही दिल्ली में कुल मामलों की संख्या 5 लाख के पार चली गई, जबकि कल 6901 मरीज रिकवर हुए हैं. तेजी से बढ़ते आंकड़े और घटती स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं ने हालात को भयानक बना दिया है. इसी कड़ी में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जीटीबी अस्पताल पहुंचे. अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जीटीबी अस्पताल में 232 आईसीयू बेड बढ़ाने की बात पर सहमति बन गई है. इसके अलावा केजरीवाल ने कहा कि दिल्ली की धर्मशालाओं में 663 आईसीयू बेड बढ़ाए जाएंगे. देखें खबरें सुपरफास्ट.

Over 660 ICU beds will be added in various Delhi government hospitals in the next few days in view of the surge in COVID-19 cases in the city, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Wednesday.He was interacting with reporters after visiting GTB Hospital in east Delhi. Delhi recorded 7,486 fresh COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, taking the infection tally in the city to over five lakh, while 131 new fatalities, the highest single-day death count till date.
