मॉनसून की एंट्री के साथ ही देश के तमाम हिस्सों में हाहाकार मच गया है. भारी बारिश को देखते हुए मौसम विभाग ने उत्तराखंड में रेड अलर्ट और हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है. हिमाचल के मंडी में बादल फटने की दिल दहलाने वाली तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं. बादल फटने के बाद मिट्टी, पानी, पत्थर और भारी मलबा जगह-जगह फैल गया है.
