पूरी दुनिया में साफ पानी के लिए अभियान चल रहा है.  संसार के नेता परेशान हैं कि कैसे इस लक्ष्य को हासिल किया जाए.  लेकिन बीजेपी के एक सांसद एकदम बेफिक्र हैं. वो मानते हैं इसकी कोई जरूरत ही नहीं.  इसलिए वो बीजेपी के कार्यक्रम में बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ता से खुलेआम पैर धुलवाते हैं.  कार्यकर्ता पैर धुले उस पानी को पी जाता है.  और निशिकांत दुबे कहते हैं कि ये तो मेरे व्यक्तित्व का कमाल है.
