भीमा कोरेगांव केस में गिरफ्तार पांच बुद्धिजीवियों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पांचों को 5 सितंबर तक नजरबंद रखने के आदेश दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में महाराष्ट्र और केंद्र सरकार से मंगलवार तक जवाब मांगा है. मामले की अगली सुनवाई 6 सितंबर को होगी. सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि लोकतंत्र में विरोध सेफ्टी वॉल्व की तरह है.
