Farmers' Protest: बेनतीजा रही सरकार-किसानों की बैठक, अब 8 जनवरी को होगी बातचीत

किसान संगठनों और सरकार के प्रतिनिधियों के बीच आठवें दौर की बहुप्रतिक्षित वार्ता भी सोमवार को बिना किसी नतीजे के खत्म हो गई. दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में किसानों और सरकार के बीच वार्ता करीब चार घंटे चली, लेकिन इस दौरान किसी स्पष्ट नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंचा जा सका. किसान संगठन तीनों कानूनों को रद्द करने और MSP की गारंटी से कम पर राजी नहीं है. हालांकि आज सरकार तीनों कानूनों के हर पहलुओं पर बिंदूवार चर्चा करने को तैयार थी. अब वार्ता की अगली तारीख 8 जनवरी को दोपहर दो बजे तय की गई है. ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए देखें नॉनस्टॉप 100.

The seventh round of talks between the Centre and farm leaders demanding scrapping of three contentious farm laws ended in a stalemate on Monday, as three Union ministers part of the negotiations said it was not possible to commit to a rollback of the legislation without wider consultations with higher authorities. Both sides, however, agreed to continue the talks on January 8.
