असम के चिरांग जिले में बाढ़ से हालात खराब हो गए हैं. पड़ोसी राज्य अरुणाचल प्रदेश और पड़ोसी देश भूटान में मूसलाधार बारिश की वजह से असम में लोगों को मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.
