बिहार सरकार ने जातिगत सर्वे कराकर बढ़त बनाने की कोशिश की है तो अब बीजेपी आरोप लगा रही है कि विपक्ष समाज को जातियों में बांटने की कोशिश कर रहा है, इतना ही नहीं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने तो यहां तक कह दिया कि उनकी नजर में सिर्फ एक जाति है और वो है गरीबी, और इस जाति को खत्म करना है. यानि देखा जाए तो 2024 के रण के पहले जाति पर जंग रोज का रोज तेज होती जा रही है, और फिलहाल जो माहौल बन रहा है उससे यही कहा जा सकता है कि जाति वाली ये लड़ाई फिलहाल थमने वाली नहीं है. देखें शंखनाद.
